¿Ofrecen garantía y cómo funciona?

Todos los equipos incluyen una garantía de 1 año. Reemplazamos los componentes defectuosos con reemplazo anticipado: enviamos un reemplazo antes de recibir su unidad defectuosa. El procesamiento de RMA se completa en un plazo de 24 horas.

¿Es posible ensamblar un CTO para nuestro proyecto?

Sí. Emitimos CTO (Configure-To-Order) directamente desde la fábrica de Dell/HPE/Lenovo/Huawei/Supermicro para cualquier BOM, con etiquetas de activos personalizadas, ID de fabric y software preinstalado.

¿Trabajan con personas jurídicas y IVA?

Sí. Emitimos facturas oficiales y documentos de exportación (factura, lista de empaque, guía aérea, declaración de exportación) y trabajamos con personas jurídicas bajo contratos de suministro. El importador paga el IVA en el despacho de aduana.
