These terms govern quotes, orders and the use of qingzhicomputer.com, operated by Hangzhou Qingzhi Computer Technology Co., Ltd (“Qingzhi Computer”). By requesting a quote or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Quotes & prices

Prices shown on the site are indicative and may change daily with supplier pricing. A binding price is the one stated in our written quotation, valid for the period noted therein. Prices are quoted per Incoterms below and exclude freight, insurance, duties and taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Trade terms (Incoterms® 2020)

We sell on EXW (Ex Works, Hangzhou) terms only. Door-to-door delivery (DAP/DDP) is available through a freight forwarder that you appoint or that we help you find. Shipments travel by air, and the forwarder’s quotation is final for logistics, customs clearance and delivery.

3. Orders & payment

An order is confirmed once we issue a proforma invoice and receive agreed payment. Payment methods and terms are set out in the invoice. [Specify accepted payment methods and terms.]

4. Warranty & returns

All equipment carries a 1-year warranty as standard, handled via advance-replacement RMA for defective units; the buyer arranges and pays return freight (consistent with EXW terms). Extended manufacturer service contracts are available on request. This does not cover misuse, accidental damage or unauthorised modification.

5. Export controls & sanctions

We do not sell, ship or provide services to sanctioned or embargoed destinations, including Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba and the occupied regions of Ukraine. Buyers warrant they are not on any restricted-party list and will not re-export in breach of applicable export laws.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the equipment supplied; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. [Confirm liability limits with counsel.]

Qingzhi répond aux demandes de devis sous 1 heure pendant les heures ouvrées (du lundi au vendredi, de 09:00 à 19:00, heure de Pékin, UTC+8) et conseille les acheteurs qui ont besoin d'aide pour adapter le matériel à leurs charges de travail. L'entreprise a expédié plus de 30 000 serveurs dans le monde et reste en contact avec l'acheteur et le transitaire du premier devis jusqu'à la livraison.
