Delivery & terms
How long does shipping from China take?
Delivery to any country takes 1–2 weeks. We sell EXW Hangzhou, and the freight forwarder we help you find ships every server by air, clears customs and delivers to your door.
What does EXW Hangzhou mean?
EXW (Ex Works) is the price of the equipment at our Hangzhou warehouse, without freight. The freight forwarder we help you find collects it there, flies it to your country and delivers it. Final cost = EXW price + air freight + duties and VAT in your country.
Do you work with legal entities and VAT?
Yes. We issue official invoices and export documents (invoice, packing list, air waybill, export declaration) and work with legal entities under supply contracts. The importer pays VAT at customs clearance.
