Most mix it: new for the tier where an outage costs them a customer, graded-A refurbished for bulk compute where a spare in the rack covers you. We grade honestly and send photos before you commit.
Can you deliver straight to my colo?
We sell EXW from Hangzhou, so strictly speaking you take the goods at our warehouse. If you would rather not run the import yourself, we help you find and coordinate a freight forwarder who ships DAP/DDP. The forwarder flies the servers in, clears customs and delivers to the facility address, usually 1–2 weeks door to door, so the order arrives on your floor with duties handled.
