All equipment comes with a 1-year warranty as standard. Manufacturer service contracts and extended coverage are available on request.

We assist with diagnostics and component replacement. We work with complex configurations and non-standard equipment.

Do you provide a guarantee and how does it work?

All equipment comes with a 1-year warranty. We replace defective components with advance replacement: we send a replacement before receiving your faulty unit. RMA processing is completed within 24 hours.

Is it possible to assemble a CTO for our project?

Yes. We issue CTO (Configure-To-Order) directly from the Dell/HPE/Lenovo/Huawei/Supermicro factory for any BOM, with custom asset tags, fabric ID, and pre-installed software.

Do you work with legal entities and VAT?

Yes. We issue official invoices and export documents (invoice, packing list, air waybill, export declaration) and work with legal entities under supply contracts. The importer pays VAT at customs clearance.
