How long does shipping servers from China to the UAE take?
All our servers ship by air, landing at Dubai International Airport (DXB). The freight forwarder we help you arrange handles customs clearance and delivers to your door in 1–2 weeks.
Who handles customs and import duties?
We sell EXW Hangzhou, so we don't clear your customs ourselves. If you're new to importing, we help you find a freight forwarder who delivers DAP/DDP. They prepay the 5% VAT (servers carry 0% duty) and clear customs, including TDRA/ESMA formalities where applicable, and you receive the servers at your door.
How do warranty returns work in the UAE?
Every server carries a 1-year warranty. If a component fails, we use advance replacement: the replacement part ships from Hangzhou before we receive the faulty one, and RMA processing is completed within 24 hours. Transit time for the replacement matches the air-freight window above.
