How long does shipping servers from China to Egypt take?
All our servers ship by air, landing at Cairo (CAI). The freight forwarder we help you arrange handles customs clearance and delivers to your door in 1–2 weeks. ACI registration must be filed before shipment.
Who handles customs, VAT and the ACI filing?
We sell EXW Hangzhou, so we don't clear your customs ourselves. If you're new to importing, we help you find a freight forwarder who delivers DAP/DDP. They prepay the 14% VAT and any duty, complete the ACI advance cargo registration, clear Egyptian Customs and deliver to your door.
How do warranty returns work in Egypt?
Every server carries a 1-year warranty. If a component fails, we use advance replacement: the replacement part ships from Hangzhou before we receive the faulty one, and RMA processing is completed within 24 hours. Transit time for the replacement matches the air-freight window above.
