Hangzhou Qingzhi Computer Technology Co., Ltd is an independent supplier and exporter of enterprise server hardware, based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.

Are you an authorized Dell, HPE, Lenovo or Huawei reseller?

No. We are an independent supplier. We source Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Huawei and xFusion hardware in China.

What do you sell?

Rack and tower servers, GPU servers, enterprise storage, network switches, components (CPUs, memory, drives, GPUs) and iDRAC / OpenManage licenses. Servers are available new or refurbished and built to the configuration you order.

What is the minimum order?

One unit.

What are your sales terms?

EXW Hangzhou only. We do not sell FOB or CIF.

How does delivery work, and how long does it take?

Every server ships by air. A freight forwarder we help you find collects the order in Hangzhou and delivers it to any country in 1–2 weeks door to door, on DAP or DDP terms. The buyer pays freight, import duty and VAT. See delivery and the import cost calculator.

What warranty do you give?

1 year from shipment. If a component fails, we replace it with the same or an equivalent part. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Details: return and warranty policy.

How fast do you reply?

Within 1 hour during business hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00 Beijing time (UTC+8).

Where can I see your real prices?

On live quotes (every configuration we quote, with its EXW price) and the China server price index (median and typical range by model).

Do you ship everywhere?

We do not sell to sanctioned or embargoed destinations, including Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Cuba.
